ReBible: Re-introducing the Bible for a New Generation
Across the UK, something quiet but significant is happening. More people are becoming curious about Jesus. More questions are being asked. More hearts are opening. Yet for many, the Bible still feels distant—too big, too complex, or simply not meant for them.
ReBible exists to change that.
ReBible is a new initiative from Kingsway/CLC Trust, created to help re-introduce the Bible to people who may never have owned one, read one, or believed it could speak to them personally. It’s rooted in a simple conviction: that Scripture is not just for the confident believer, but for the curious seeker—and that God’s Word still has the power to speak clearly, beautifully, and truthfully today.
Rather than targeting individuals directly, ReBible is designed to equip the church. It exists to help churches place Bibles into real relationships—friends, neighbours, colleagues, family members—where trust already exists. This is not mass distribution for its own sake, but a relational, thoughtful approach to sharing Scripture, inspired by what many have called a quiet revival across the UK.
At the heart of ReBible is a carefully chosen Bible, designed to feel welcoming rather than overwhelming. Clean design. Clear language. No unnecessary barriers. Just an invitation to read, explore, and encounter Jesus through the pages of Scripture.
ReBible is not a standalone project. It is an endorsed initiative of Kingsway/CLC Trust, drawing on more than 80 years of combined heritage in Christian publishing, distribution, and mission. From CLC’s global literature mission to Kingsway’s legacy of creativity, worship, and storytelling, ReBible flows directly from the Trust’s long-standing commitment to make the Bible accessible to people of all nations.
This initiative reflects Kingsway/CLC Trust’s dual mission in action:
spreading the Word by placing Scripture into people’s hands, and
reaching the world by resourcing the local church to be confident, generous, and outward-looking in its witness.
Importantly, ReBible is not about pressure or persuasion. It’s about presence. About creating space for questions. About trusting that God speaks through His Word when people are given the opportunity to read it for themselves.
As with all Kingsway/CLC Trust initiatives, ReBible exists to serve the church and glorify Jesus. It is shaped by a deep belief in the authority of Scripture, combined with compassion for people who may be encountering the Bible for the very first time. It carries the Trust’s activist heart—bold in vision, generous in spirit, and committed to meaningful impact.
This launch marks the beginning of a journey. ReBible is an invitation to churches, leaders, and everyday Christians to play their part in re-introducing the Bible—one conversation, one relationship, one open page at a time.
Because when the Word is shared with love, humility, and confidence, lives really can change.
